Located within Perennial Business City, take the green or red MRT line and alight at Jurong East Interchange. Exit towards JEM and you will be on the 2nd floor, walk towards DonDonki to cross a bridge to PBC, travel straight where you will see a DHL banner. This service point is right inside the air conditioned area. DHL has tons of service points everywhere but this outlet has a friendly and professional DHL staff to assist you with your express deliveries worldwide. They only offer express deliveries thus be prepared to pay a price but kindly note they are one of the most trustworthy, reliable and responsible couriers there is. I would sincerely recommend you head over to this outlet to drop off your packages than any other service points! ~ Tommy N

if you are an individual sender be careful of using DHL service at this outlet, the price is ridiculous for sending 1 parcel(for individual sender) compares to other sending carriers. One of their marketing strategy frustrates me is that they do not provide the fee amount to pay for you until your things are labelled and you have to pay for the high price before you even realised. other carrier like sf-express they provides the fee before you send your parcel! It is minor to some but as marketing director I know what you trynna do. And they claimed to not be responsible if your parcel is lost during their shipment. I dont recommend using their service for individual parcel, take your own risk! ~ JUN

Firstly, I would like to share on how to locate and find this DHL office as Big Box itself is having a massive renovation work. DO NOT ENTER FROM THE ENTRANCE along Boon Lay Way (Facing Ng Teng Fong Hospital). To gain access to BIG BOX, you must enter from the entrance along Venture Avenue (Facing MRT rail track), which is the rear side of BIG BOX building. Once you enter the building, take the elevator to level 2, turn right, go straight and you'll see DHL office. Now I'll comment on the service. Reach there, at the entrance, scan Safe Entry, then scan a QR code to get queue number, lastly, take your temperature. The staff are friendly & helpful. The whole process took me about 10 minutes. My first time here and I had an amazing experience with the service provided. I had a difficult time finding the place and when I somehow found it, it was just about the closing time. I was ready to be turned away but Serene did not do so. She kindly continued to help me with my shipment and very efficiently less than 10 minutes everything was done. I really appreciate the professionalism and kind help given especially because i have been rushing around, and also how efficient she was as it's almost impossible to find such a service in the western countries. ~ Pei T

Parcel dropoff here was quick and easy. You do the airwaybill and payment online, there will be an option to choose QR code drop off. This option is good if you do not have printer at home. With the QR code, you can come to any of the Service Point and drop your parcel. They will use the QR code to scan and they will print your AWB. It was not crowded. I was only one customer behind in queue. However, they will inspect the package. I suggest do not fully seal your package. Bring your tape if you are particular about it to seal on the spot after inspection. ~ Zaid A

Big Box is currently under renovation so it took a bit of a trip to get to DHL, however for those going in the future please head towards the car park entrence on Venture Avenue, there are signs on the way there that shows the direction towards DHL. Then head to level 2 and you will get there! The trip was quite worth it because the lady who assisted me was quite nice and patient, there was no queue for me so it was fast. Additionally you can contact them on WhatsApp if you are unsure about directions. ~ Maureen T

I had to send a laptop to the UK, and I didn't have a DHL account, so I had to arrange for the courier in person at a DHL Express Service Point. This branch is the nearest to me, so I went there this morning, and was really impressed by the service. It is truly an end-to-end experience. All you need to do is bring the item you want to courier there, and it will be packed and sealed, and you wouldn't need to even worry about the shipping labels, as they will be printed and pasted on the package for you. The lady who served me was really professional and took extra care to make sure that the laptop was properly packed in the shipping carton and pasted fragile stickers on the front and back too! If you are driving, you would want to park near Lift Lobby B and take the lift up to the 2nd floor, where you will see signs to direct you where you need to go. Take note that you will need to scan the QR code to register for your queue number in order to be served. Overall, great experience and excellent customer service. Well done! ~ Ivan L

Wonderfully helpful and polite staff. The queue system works great too. However it is a tiny bit confusing if it's your first time as: 1) the mall is closed down except for the DHL office 2) the place is understaffed, so you gotta read many plac-cards on the walls to figure out how to check in and get a queue number But there's a lot of signage and isn't difficult to navigate. Pro tip: after you scan both QR codes, wait around the front door and someone will let you in eventually! ~ Ri C

I was here to inquire about the shipment of used laptops to Germany and also to send over some documents to India. Both those objectives were met. Special thanks to Arti for answering all my questions and handling everything with perfection. I dont think I have had better service than at this DHL center for anything else anytime ever. I really appreciate your customer service officer Mr Hafiz kind assistance in assisting me to fill up the shipper invoice form which is so important for my daughter to receive her cancer medication. Without his help I have to go back home and fill up the form which will be very late and wasted alot of precious time. My daughter needed the medication so urgently for her treatment. Service staffs were always polite and professional during each visit. I also enjoy the hot beverages if I need to wait out. The only down side is having to wait outside, Air is so stale and very warm. Consider put an industrial standing fan to take care of your waiting customer. Someone might seriously get a heatstroke one day. ~ R G

Had great experience, I got an items sent from Philippines for charity, my item delivered to my house but no avaialble person that can receive the items, so i call the bigbox dhl office, the lady named VALENCIA, Is very accomodating, she helped me to get the items easily🙏🙏great customer service🙏🙏 ~ NOEL B

Fast and efficient. Although I got (very) lost. For anyone coming from the MRT. Go to the Jem plaza, then take the JWalk (close to where IKEA is) and go straight until you see DHL at the waaaaay back. ~ Leonardo A

Friendly staff and was empty when i went. Place can be hard to find. If you are driving, look for Lift Lobby B in the basement carpark. Take the lift to level 2 and follow all the signs posted. Someone mentioned Lobby A but it’s incorrect. ~ Ze S

You can send your documents and parcels through DHL from here. The shopping center is closed but you can still access DHL office on the 2nd floor by lift ~ Chek C
